  8. Problem-solving and customer support assist in identifying, resolving, and restoring hardware and software issues with servers, including issues with workstations and networking networks.
  9. Creating and managing documentation, rules, and directives; documenting and defining operational procedures; and maintaining system logs
  10. Check that the architecture of computer sites requires that all of the components function properly together, and monitor and adjust the performance of networks;
