Pathway 1: ICT Qualification Closely Related
Bachelor or above degree majoring in a field closely related to ICT support work. Relevant work experience. At least 2 years of relevant experience and no more than 10 years of experience; OR. At least 4 years of any employment experience.
Pathway 2: Non-ICT Qualification
A bachelor’s degree or higher in a non-ICT field, or a non-ICT diploma. Minimum 6 years of relevant ICT support experience. AnACS RPL report is required.
Pathway 3: No Tertiary Qualification
